Crystal was referred to me through a friend of a friend. I had no knowledge of what goes into selling a house and therefore had much anxiety about the whole process. Upon our initial meeting Crystal put all anxieties at ease by explaining the process to me, she also prepared comps of properties in my area and helped lay out a game plan and an approach that I could understand and later achieved. She remained calm and in control the entire time. She managed to always keep my anxieties at bay with a smile and calm demeanor. She helped managed me and successfully sell my property opening Weeknd. It was sometime afterwards that I looked back and realized just how good she is and wish that she could help me buy my next place down here in VA! Moving from New York to Connecticut was a major change for me and a scary process. Crystal Norris made this experience a lot less hectic for me and pretty much a smooth transition.
