Over the last 50 years, my wife and I have bought and sold primary and vacation homes in four states. Our experience with realtors runs the gamut with most being journeymen. The exception is Elle Villetto. We met Elle at a home showing more than a year ago. That home did not work for us. This past February Elle was reviewing new listings and noticed one that she felt might work for us. She reached out to our daughter and showed her the home. We made an offer that night while on vacation, not having seen the home. Elle made the process easy, she answered all of our questions even the ones that we had not yet asked. Elle Villetto is the BEST! This was our 12th move in our 40+ years of married life. She is one of only 2 realtors that were good and of the two, she is definitely the best. Read this: Elle is exceptional and I say this from buying, selling, and renting over several years. She is fast, responsive immediately, gives excellent advice to move things along, respects your budget and lifestyle. Elle "gets it" and doesn't waste your time or money but moves straight to the happy conclusion. She is clear, realistic, concise and does her homework. As I said, exceptional. I wish I could find her equal in NYC where I have had assorted agent experiences and am planning more. Nothing close. Top recommendation, and I'm picky.
