Haley was wonderful to work with! She is kind, incredibly responsive, and great at her job. We had a newborn and toddler and were attempting to relocate from NJ to New Canaan this past summer, when the real estate market was crazy. Haley took us on a "super day" looking at houses in several different towns to help us decide where we wanted to live and what we were looking for in a home. After that, as new houses came on the market, she would prescreen each house for us, sending videos and letting us know whether she thought they were worth the trip for us. When we found a house we were excited about, she gave us excellent guidance - especially regarding how much to offer and how to handle the negotiation. She then stayed on top of the process to ensure everything stayed on track and, even after moving in, has been a wonderful resource to us! We can't recommend her enough!
