Hayes is absolutely the best. As a listing agent for a property we looked at, he offered his services to find a rental property where there seemed to be none available. Hayes was incredibly helpful when looking at land in Westchester, New York. We looked at a parcel that was over 17 acres and Hayes walked the entire thing with me. I kept asking him if he wanted to go further and he kept saying "that is what we are here for". I had the pleasure of working with Hayes during our most recent move. What immediately stood out to me about Hayes was the fact that he had our best interests in mind. He didn't try to sell us on the most expensive home or try to talk us into something with which we weren't comfortable. Instead, he really tried to work with us to help us find something that would be perfect for our needs. Ultimately, we ended up settling on a property that was in an area outside of where he tended to work. Rather than try to act like he knew the area when he did not, he was upfront and honest and disclosed to us that we'd be best served working with a local agent in the area where we now live. After all, it's one of the largest financial decisions of our life. I think it's a rare thing to find someone with that level of integrity.
