Jill and Connie went ABOVE and BEYOND. We can’t say enough about how much we appreciate them. Give these ladies a raise! My sister and I sold our mother’s house because she has sadly moved into a memory care unit with advanced dementia. Neither of us are in the area and Jill and Connie treated our home like their own. They did way more than was in their job description and we owe the success of the sale to their advice and attention to detail. We loved Jill and Connie and are so grateful they were on our team.
Although the rental tenants placed in my home have turned out to be squatters who haven’t paid a dime since their first months rent payment in April, Jill has been exceptional in managing what I presume is likely one of the most challenging cases either of us have ever had to deal with. Without her partnership I don’t know that I would have the strength to continue the lengthy and ongoing eviction process.
I found Jill to be a very personable realtor who went above and beyond my expectations for securing the best property for me and my family. Very good communication and no surprises. I will certainly be using her again when it's time to move on.
