I would give Kate a higher rating if 10 if it was possible. After going through a nightmare buy from a realtor who seemed played nothing but games with us. Kate was willing to do her due diligence and take things into her hands to get the job done. If you are in the market to sell or purchase a home. I wouldn’t even consider another realtor!

Kate was amazing through the entirety of our house hunting. We started looking during a pandemic, when real estate was at its most competitive. This did not deter Kate, and when we were feeling helpless about our search, she did not give up and refused to let us give up. She was willing to meet later at night, due to our work schedules. She takes the time to get to know what someone is looking for in a house, and her hunches were always spot on. She booked houses to show us that she thought we would like, and the one we ended up buying was one that she booked a showing for, last minute on the day it came to market. We hit quite a few hiccups along the way, especially during our home buying process, but Kate stepped up and did everything she could to secure the house we now call our home.
