Kathy Tamagna, is the most tenacious, clever, hardest working person I've ever had the pleasure of working with in any capacity. Kathy made the impossible, possible for me in finding my disnbled sister a sponsor unit co-op. And Kathy, along with her partner Jeanne so PERFECTLY priced and described my mother's condo I had to sell in order to buy my sister the co-op. It sold for $5k under the perfect asking. I had to sell and buy a property simulataneously and quite dangerously financially in order to get my.sister a place and Kathy held my hand through all of it. Incredible.
