Around September 2020, my wife and I began shopping for a second home in Old Lyme. Our daughter put us in touch with Kevin Geysen, who had sold her Old Lyme house to her. Properties satisfying our criteria were VERY rare; and both we and Kevin were frustrated; but Kevin did not give up. Finally in April 2021 we found a property that had not been sold before we could see it. Kevin dealt with the seller's agent very deftly and enabled us to purchase this property.
