We interviewed Lisa last Winter as per a recommendation from a friend and neighbor. We had a wonderful meeting and thought she was right for our needs. We had a brokers' open house mid March and the house went live a couple of days later. The house had several offers in the first couple of days. We owe this to Lisa! She knows the market, her clients and what homebuyers are looking for. She priced our house fair and it actually sold for over ask. Lisa is incredibly hardworking and leaves no stone unturned. She is very knowledgable and professional. She is not at all pushy and has no agenda except to work for her client, and it is apparent.
