Paul was very patient and took the time to learn about our interests and what we were looking for, even as our criteria evolved during the course of our search. As new houses came onto the market, Paul did a great job of informing us and highlighting houses that he thought would interest us, based upon his careful observations of our evolving tastes. Paul listened and learned our interests, wants” and must haves” and was able to show us good potential houses that piqued our interest and steer us away from houses that would have wasted our valuable time.
