Read LessRoger Parkman was absolutely fabulous to work with. He is extremely knowledgable about all things real estate. He is utterly professional, punctual, charming, and delightful. His guidance helped to sell my home in a weekend. If not for his instinct about how to price, list, and show my house it would not have happened so swiftly. He also helped me to close on the perfect house for my new home. This is the second time I have sold and bought with Roger. I think he's the best broker in the area!
Roger Parkman is one of your best and most experienced agents; he has excellent people skills and knows well how to make all parties to a transaction feel confident and well-supported. He goes above and beyond in his attention to details, he has high standards of performance and integrity. He places your company in the best light possible.
Mr. Roger Parkman made the listing and selling of our home a seamless and pleasant experience. His professionalism and communication was excellent. We have purchased and sold several homes over the years but this experience was our best and we owe this to the guidance and support of Mr. Parkman.
Roger Parkman was a lifesaver for my family. My uncle passed away during COVID and Roger was in the process of trying to sell his house. Roger provided assistance and guidance to both my uncle and me. He knew exactly how and who to market a house from the 1700s. He was there for us every step of the way.
