Sandy was instrumental in locating various permits / COs issued decades ago by the City of Yonkers -- a key factor in enabling us to negotiate the sale through various legal thickets of my late mother's house. Also, the pictures she had taken were very professional and enabled us to ultimately attract buyers and sell this house at a reasonable price, despite it being a difficult real estate market. She also supported our decision to turn down an initial offer, when those potential buyers became difficult and started making endless demands that my wife and I were not prepared to accommodate. It is never easy to sell a house when you live a thousand miles away, but Sandy helped us in many different ways to finally do it, advising patience and keeping it positive throughout the process.

I am writing this review because I was extremely happy with Sandy’s services. She is very professional and took the time to make sure I get the right place. It did take a while and I was denied a few times but she did not give up and made sure I found a place I can call home. I closed in august of 2021 and love the place I am in. She is extremely responsive, a true professional, and gets things done. She truly looks after the best interest in her clients. As a first time buyer I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Sandy helped me with finding apartments that fit what I was looking. She was very patient and really focused on finding me a bunch of different places in great neighborhoods. When it came to negotiation she was top notch and she made sure that I wasn't being ripped off. She was excellent during the entire process!
