Serena has really gone above and beyond when helping me to find an apartment. In a market where apts are going quick and broker fees are high she has been very upfront and quick to respond to any questions. The agents I dealt with before were rude and pushy, my experience here has been the opposite. If anyone is looking to find a new apartment they won't find a better agent that Serena.

Serena was a very special realtor, always doing her best for us. She listened well and perceptively to what our ideal was and then set out to look for it, not flooding us with options that did not meet our needs. Over the course of months, we looked at several places she sent us on line, but when she found the right place, we knew it right away -- and it was only the second one we looked at in person with her!! After our bid was accepted, Serena was attentive and responsive, effortlessly aiding us in getting to the contract signing stage. After we signed the contract, we planned a renovation, and Serena was most accommodating in our many visits to our new home as we met with contractors and did measuring, etc. She always answered every email and text promptly, and was totally ready to help. Her relaxed attitude and cheerful smile complemented her pleasant, skilled, and cooperative nature. We were so happy to have her as our agent.
