Steven Weishaus is fantastic ! He works hard , is prompt at responding and submitting paperwork for applications etc . He was so patient with me : for personal reasons I had to keep postponing my move in date for the new place . When I first went to him in early summer of 2022 I thought I was going to move imminently (in fact we put in a couple of applications in July already ) and I ended up finally moving in March of the next year ! Steven was so patient with me , never pushed me and never made me feel rushed or that he was even annoyed that I was taking so long and even totally changing the location where I was looking apartments at . He found me the perfect place and facilitated everything between me and the new landlords /management company etc Great guy all around , you certainly won’t regret working with him .

Steve was great and I highly recommend using him to purchase a home. I used a couple of agents in the past and they were never available to see homes until days later and sometimes wouldn’t get back to me for a day or two, with Steve he was always available for phone calls advice and when I asked when to see a home he responded by asking me when I could and he would make it work! He made me and my wife feel like we were his only clients which I knew wasn’t true and made the process very smooth and enjoyable.

My husband and I stumbled upon Steven after looking for a home for several months and it changed our whole process. We went from not even putting in offers to participating in highest and best and finally, purchasing our home together. I could not have possibly asked for a better agent to work with for the purchase of my home and the sale of my apartment. For the purchase Steven was knowledgeable, and after a few short weeks and some conversations very in tune with exactly what I was looking for. He was patient with me and did not try to rush me into anything just to get a sale. We saw about 30 properties before finding the one. He would always do his due diligence on every property and point out the positives and the negatives sometimes in scenarios that I did not see. Steven also represented me in the sale of my apartment. We accepted an offer at full asking price within the same of week of initial listing. We were then in contracts the next week. If he didn’t appear a young guy which he is, I would think he has been doing this for over 20 years. His early success in this business does not surprise me at all.
