We are so grateful that we found Susan to be our realtor and we cannot recommend her enough! She was exceptionally kind, patient, and understanding throughout the twelve-month house hunting & buying experience; yes, it took us a full twelve months to find our home! Susan always listened to our concerns and with a positive attitude she would continue on with our search. She never made us to feel like a burden or nuisance, despite us consistently telling her, 'yes it checks all our boxes, but…it’s just not the one.' We could tell that Susan genuinely wished to find us our perfect first home. Susan is not only knowledgeable about the home buying experience and current market trends, but she is also personable and fun! Finding a home can be stressful but building a personal relationship with Susan throughout the process made the experience so much more enjoyable! She was always there to answer our calls or to bounce ideas around with – she always made herself available to us, which is an invaluable quality to have in a realtor! Once we found our home, we would have been lost without Susan’s mediating, negotiating and again, patience and grace. Without her, we would not be living in our dream house today. Thank you, Susan for all you did for us – you will forever hold a special place in our hearts (& home!). Let Susan help you find your home – you will not be disappointed! Sincerely and gratefully yours, Erin & Tony Collazo
