Led by Stacey Wyeth, our team brings together deep local expertise, unwavering commitment, and a passion for exceptional service. Stacey is a proud Niantic resident whose dedication to the community extends far beyond real estate. She serves on the board of the Niantic Lions Club, is an active member of the East Lyme Public Trust Foundation, and participates on the community outreach committee and board of directors for our local real estate board. Her involvement ensures that she stays connected to the heart of our community while advocating for positive change.

Diane Garner joined the team in 2022 and has been an invaluable asset ever since. A Waterford resident, Diane balances her real estate career with her work as a part-time occupational therapist. She serves as co-chair of the community outreach committee and sits on several local committees and boards. When she's not helping clients, Diane enjoys attending foreclosure sales, flipping houses, spending quality time with her family, and volunteering yearly in the Alzheimer's Walk.

Maxwell Wyeth also came on board in 2022, bringing with him over two decades of expertise as the owner of a remodeling business since 1998. His unique background gives our clients an invaluable edge—he understands homes from the inside out and uses his renovation knowledge to guide buyers and sellers through every step of the process with confidence.

Christine Derham  rounds out our dynamic team with a unique skill set honed through years in human resources. Her background taught her the art of listening, communicating clearly, and negotiating with her clients' best interests always at the forefront.
