Tim is literally the best in the business. I've met and worked with many realtors in my day...in NY, NJ, CT and CA. None more knowlegeble, dedicated, patient, and caring than Tim. We must have seen 100 houses over the course of a year...the Pandemic market was crazy...through it all he was steadfast in his committment to me and a great guide. Tim has renovated many homes and he really knows what to look out for, whenever he always made sure we investigated the mechanicals, windows, etc. He always spotted the pros and cons so we could make educated decisions. The team he suggested (closing lawyer, inspection teams, mortgage broker) were all fantastic and we finally found my house! A year later Tim bought a place around the corner and now we are neighbors!

My husband Tim is an agent with WPSIR, so I'm a little prejudiced. We didn't get the house our first time around, but Tim put in a back up offer and we ended up with the house and very pleased.
Tim was great, as we had expected. He worked incredibly hard to sort out all sorts of difficulties along the way. Always had sensible advice, and never tried to manipulate us into doing something not to our advantage. Very generous with his time to help us with things that were not really his responsibility
