Toni was not just our realtor, we truly felt like she is a friend! She gave us great advice when we came into tough decisions but also kept us inspired and excited throughout the process. She was incredibly responsive to questions via email, text, and by phone; she worked around our schedules to show us places and was even kind enough to use facetime since we are out of state. She was quick to get in touch with landlords and listing agents to get information and tours of places we liked. When we found our now current rental she made the transition process very smooth for us. She even went as far as giving us recommendations for local places as we are moving from out of state! I have already recommended friends to work with her in the future!

She guided me through what could have been an overwhelming process and did most of the heavy lifting for me. And, all done with grace, quiet steel, and patience despite my 5 am text messages?. Toni is responsive, thorough, and knowledgeable about the real estate market in Connecticut, and very much about everything else. She was the first realtor that I contacted about a property in CT. I was impressed by her quick response, flexibility and general/specific knowledge. I am glad that I stuck with her in closing on my home. Now, Toni has a list of inspectors, HVAC professionals, and many other professionals. It made it easier to figure out items we put on our priority list for the seller to fix/rectify before closing. She even sent me a suggestion for a driving school. You will have to do your leg work since she does not endorse any company. My conclusion is to ask her, and to take what she doesn’t know as not worth mentioning. Closing on my home was mostly in part because Toni went above and beyond to let me know of a financing program for properties in my area. Also, she sent me details for the lender. That lender gave me the best rates and closing was a breeze and in record times despite COVID-19. Thanks Toni! In addition to being so knowledgeable, and a trusted partner in your home buying process, Toni is an all-around awesome human. She responded to all my messages, chased down all the details I needed, had suggestions on how to do things better, and how hard to negotiate-- never pushy--, and even drove me home one day with our masks on. I know that she is incredibly busy as a realtor and as parent and I appreciated her time. I am displaying Toni's housewarming present to me in a glass cabinet. They are very thoughtful and useful gifts. She listened to all my ramblings and made notes of what I like and got me gifts to suit.
