At the outset, it is important to understand that this was an unusual sale. The property at 108 Sill Lane was a granite, four-story factory erected on or about 1820. It went through a series of meaningful changes over the years until remade into a residence in the mid 1950's. The property was on the market for more than two years. The agent, Allyson Cotton and Liz Squillacote, arranged, scheduled, and oversaw a variety of personal showings and several open houses together and individually. They were imaginative and creative in their approach and worked tirelessly through the entire project. The property was almost sold on a variety of occasions but one reason or another didn’t sell.
