Born and raised in Mamaroneck and with roots in Westchester that span over 300 years, Amanda is definitely qualified to represent sellers and introduce buyers to our communities. She is resourceful, reliable, and will do everything possible to ensure every aspect of your next real estate transaction is seamless and efficient. Her experience founding and marketing her small business and her years working in publishing have led her to be technologically proficient and she knows how to utilize the power of social media to sell your home in an increasingly virtual marketplace. Her negotiation and communication skills, attention to detail, and tenacity will help to market your home effectively and close quickly. She loves finding buyers their perfect home. Her ability to really listen to your wants and needs, ask the right questions, find listings that fit your individual checklist, and get to contract quickly and smoothly make her a fantastic buyer's agent. She is very patient and believes that establishing trust is one of the most important parts of a realtor's job.

Amanda and her family recently bought and renovated a 100 year old home in Pelham. This experience led her to begin her career in real estate. While overseeing the gut renovation of her home and construction of her retail store she became familiar with construction estimates, building codes, and design. She knows how to utilize design or structural changes to maximize your home's potential resale value. After graduating from NYU, Amanda was employed for a decade in the magazine industry where she worked at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia before opening and running a successful wine shop in Astoria (she's a certified sommelier in case you need any wine recommendations). In addition to wine, she loves music, coffee, architecture and design, and film. Her two young children keep her busy at home, along with her German Shepard mix, Polly.
