Barbara is not only very knowledgeable and through when selling and buying a home, she is patient and kind. She knows when to stay neutral vs. give an opinion. We spent three years + looking for a new home, and after changing our mind at the last minute on many occasions - she continued to treat us with respect and treated each new adventure as a clean slate. Barbara Goetsch is personable, knowledgeable and very accommodating. She knows the shoreline communities well and what they have to offer.
