Billie Woods joined Heather Croner Real Estate Sotheby's International Realty in June 1989 as associate real estate broker. Billie has lived in the Rhinebeck area since moving to Dutchess county in 1987 from Manhattan. Originally from Kansas City, Kansas, where she purchased her first home at age 19, she traveled and lived abroad for 10 years including five years in Paris, where she worked in the fashion industry. Since joining Heather Croner Real Estate Sotheby's International Realty, Billie has been a top producer for the firm, listing and selling many fine estates and land holdings in the Hudson Valley. Among those of historic interest are: Hendricks House in Staatsburg, Calendar house in Tivoli, Glenburn and the renovated Stanford White Carriage House, both in Rhinebeck.
