I have sold homes from less than $400,000 to $5,000,000 and more, and everywhere in between. Regardless of the price point, my priority remains the same: To provide my clients with thorough customer service throughout the entire process of buying or selling a home. I am vested in every aspect of each transaction as if it were my own. My work begins as I get to know my clients and their particular needs, and my job isn't finished until the final closing details are complete. My experience allows me to handle any and all of the challenges that may arise. I have developed a wide array of professional contacts (real estate attorneys, mortgage bankers, building inspectors, and contractors) to work with my clients whenever needed.
I have spent time in "Corporate America" and have raised my family. I know the many facets and challenges of relocation. With my knowledge of and background in Fairfield County, I am ready and able to help my clients and their families with the transition into the area. I am there for my clients long after a sale is complete.
The real estate market never stands still. It’s always changing. Buyers’ & Sellers’ markets, price fluctuations, rising and falling interest rates: I’ve seen and worked through them all. None of that affects my effort and the standard of excellence I insist upon. No matter the situation, I always bring a fair, honest, hardworking approach to what I do.
Over the years, I have received many industry awards and accolades, and I am honored & grateful for the recognition. However, throughout my career, what I am most proud of is the number of repeat clients I have had and the many referrals and testimonials my clients have given me. For me, those are the rewards for a job done well!

I am pleased to provide this testimonial concerning Bobbie Abagnale of William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty. After my mother died in May, 2024 at age 96, my brothers and I needed to sell the family home in Westport. We knew that this would be somewhat of a challenge since the home had been in the family for nearly 100 years and would either need substantial renovation or complete replacement. Bobbie provided us expert advice on how to deal with these challenges and advocated for us at every step of the way. She attended every showing and brought her expertise about the Westport market to bear when advising us about the various competing offers. Once we accepted an offer, she helped us through the process and solved the inevitable issues that arose before closing. She was sensitive to our needs as surviving family members with emotional attachments to the home, and especially to the needs of my brother, who was living in the home. We were more than satisfied with the care and attention that Bobbie provided to us and recommend her to others without hesitation.
