When my wife and I were considering putting our home up for sale because of a pending relocation, we knew we needed someone who knew the area very well. Around this same time, I noticed a house at the top of our hill was on the market, and several young families were coming in and out. I knew that's what we needed in order to sell our home - lots of young families giving it a chance. I cold-called Caryn that day and she agreed to work with us. Our (former) home was a quant little starter house with lots of incredible features, charm and when we bought it, it needed a lot of TLC. It hadn't been lived in 3 years, but previously housed a single family for 50 years. It had excellent bones and we spend the better part of 18 months updating it. When the time came to sell it, we needed someone who appreciated the updates we made and knew who the perfect buyer was. Caryn got it and within a week, we had updated photos and it was listed. Fast forward a few weeks later and she closed the sale deftly navigating some tricky negotiations. I always joked with Caryn that I picked her and given the opportunity to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing.
