I met Christine during what may be one of the most stressful times of a person's life - looking to sell my elderly parents' home, where they lived for almost 50 years, and relocate my parents closer to me, despite my living 2 states away. From the moment we met, Christine calmed my fears and assured me that she would help me to navigate the extremely emotional experience of packing/selling/donating most of my parent's furniture (helping with movers, donation co's, etc), cleaning out their home, dealing calmly with elderly sellers who were uncertain and tentative about making big decisions, and ultimately getting their house sold. She addressed their questions with clear, thorough details (e.g. comp comparisons) and helped us to navigate the local city ordinances to get the necessary certificates of occupancy (which were not in place when my parents bought their house in 1972).
