Colette was amazing to work with as we sold our home. In preparation, she made many helpful suggestions and was always available when I had a question. She brought in stagers, took beautiful photos inside, and aerials. She was with us through every step. Once we were ready to list, we discussed price points and the reasoning behind the numbers. She listed us as coming soon to gain interest and then hosted multiple open houses. She guided us through offer and negotiation and was with us though every step to closing. We highly recommend Colette! It was as smooth a process as it could be and we were always well informed.
