His work has appeared in books, magazines, and trade publications.  He’s partnered in real estate investment and property management, and has built or renovated over 150 homes in the tri-state region. An amateur naturalist, Dave was also one of the original members of the Board of Directors at Audubon Sharon, where he still volunteers. He is currently on the Board of the Falls Village Housing Trust. Dave is also a professional musician and has appeared on stage in the local music scene since 1991.  As a licensed real estate agent, Dave brings a wealth of knowledge of the area, people, places, and homes to our team.

Bertha by Borderline

From a New Year’s Eve bash about 18 years ago – we recorded several of our live performances, since our electric guitar player owned a recording studio… His guitar goes a little flat toward the end of the song, but it doesn’t ruin the chemistry. These are not videos – they are audio recordings turned into videos so I could post them. Please listen with real speakers or headphones for the best quality.
