Our house had been on the market with another agency for a year without success. The agent never showed up for open houses (she sent junior colleagues who were unfamiliar with the property). Eileen Boulay signed on with us in late November and sold it for the asking price within 3 months. She held as many open houses as needed to get the added exposure. When Eileen held an open house SHE was the agent onsite. She did not send a different agent or a junior colleague to "man" the open house for her. She went above and beyond and made it her business to familiarize herself with the house and property and when prospective buyers had a question, she readily had the answer.
