Gia is a gem.

We would recommend Gia Young as a buyer's or seller's agent without any reservation. We trust her 100% on both counts. We are not young and this was not the first time either of us bought or sold a home, and Gia is by far the most additive agent either of us have ever encountered, both when she helped us find the perfect house for us and when she helped us sell our house. As a buyer's agent, she was very patient with us, happily taking us through potential homes even though she knew we had no timeline and would only pounce if we found the right house. She never made us feel we were wasting her time. She brought houses to our attention that met the requirements we'd outlined, but didn't overload us with houses that were just similar -- she "got us." Throughout the search process, she noted things about houses' structure/maintenance/etc. that we would not otherwise have seen, she checked all the appliances, etc. throughout, she helped us find a fantastic attorney, and she advised us well on negotiating a price with the seller of the house we eventually bought. She was also VERY sensitive to the fact that I was in the process of recovering from a very serious medical event during this process. As a seller's agent, we couldn't have asked for a better person to represent our interests than Gia! She used data to advise us on a good listing price, she oversaw the work we had to do to make the house shine (also some issues we had to address to receive a COO), she took the inspector through twice, she brought in the perfect stager (Lenore Genova), she put finishing touches on the house before the showings, she gave us feedback throughout once the house came on the market and advice about negotiating the offers, and she made sure everything was as it should be before the buyers did their final walk-through. Besides all that, almost more important than how great an agent she is, we both think Gia is a delightful person!!

I can't express how wonderful Gia is. When we found an old Victorian to purchase online, I called Gia. She knew exactly what I needed to look out for when buying an old house. She recommended excellent experts who inspected the house and looked for old underground tanks. Her knowledge and expertise helped us navigate a complicated purchase. She always took or returned calls quickly and answered every question that we had. She even went to the Building Department on multiple occasions to try to speed up the process. As the purchase of our new home was underway, we met with Gia to discuss selling and pricing our house. She came with data and comps to back up her recommended price, and a great marketing plan to get it sold quickly. She was very involved in helping me prepare the house for its first weekend on the market. She hired a stager who advised us on what improvements we would need to make.
