She used data to advise us on a good listing price, she oversaw the work we had to do to make the house shine (also some issues we had to address to receive a COO), she took the inspector through twice, she brought in the perfect stager (Lenore Genova), she put finishing touches on the house before the showings, she gave us feedback throughout once the house came on the market and advice about negotiating the offers, and she made sure everything was as it should be before the buyers did their final walk-through. Besides all that, almost more important than how great an agent she is, we both think Gia is a delightful person!!

I can't express how wonderful Gia is. When we found an old Victorian to purchase online, I called Gia. She knew exactly what I needed to look out for when buying an old house.
