There is a long list of reasons why we loved working with Grace. Where to begin? Perhaps the most important and noteworthy thing to mention is that Grace is all around an amazing human - she is so sweet and easy to get along with, dependable, caring, thoughtful, and simply lovely to be around. She is always poised and professional, communicative and reachable, detail oriented, and thorough. She is incredibly attentive and understood the complex inner workings of our minds pretty quickly. Working together over the course of the year has yielded a beautiful friendship that I cherish very much. Grace is licensed both in NY and CT, which allowed us to work with her while searching in both states. That was a big plus, since we didn’t have a particular location in mind and had to do quite a bit of research before we found our town. Grace also has incredible contacts, who we all worked with - from our lawyer, to our inspector, to our loan officer. She also wears many hats and has a pulse on all the local events and shops; I have lost count of the great shopping, food, local, and cultural recommendations that she has sent to us.
