Testimonials
Heather Sawyer was a delight to work with...always in good spirits and willing to try a variety of approaches. She had her work cut out for her because the state decided it was the perfect time to have Aquarion tear up the Route 1 in front of the house, and even when done with that immediate strip, they continued to park much of their equipment on the adjacent state parcel. We went through a second iteration of the above when the dirt fill was determined not to be up to temperature code and had to be removed/replaced! The house was on the market for about 10 weeks, so maintenance inside and out had to continue. Heather was a partner in the chores for keeping the house ready to be seen at all times, often helping with the trash cycle of twice a week and keeping a watchful eye on lights in the house being turned off -- not always done by other realtors.
