James is an easy going New York City real estate broker with an incredible depth of experience in the real estate industry. With over a decade in the real estate industry, James has sold and rented apartments and homes all over Manhattan, the Bronx and Westchester, from landmark Harlem townhouses to historic homes in Fieldston. He has also marketed and sold a number of units for the developer at the Solaria, Riverdale's only full-service glass condominium overlooking the Hudson River. James always gets the deal done and makes clients exceedingly happy with the level of service and results he provides. Originally from Clinton, NJ, James holds a BA in Marketing and Business. He lived in Manhattan for 15 years before moving to the Riverdale section of the Bronx in 2022 and enjoys spending time at his family's beach home on the North Carolina coastline outside Morehead City NC with his husband Nathan and their Jindo pup Margo.
