Jennifer was an EXCELLENT real estate agent. As we were out-of-state, our communication was by phone/email/sms. I was initially unsure if she was going to be able to find a suitable home for us, given that we had never met in person, and, also, due to the short timeline that we had in finding a house. However, to my amazement, she found us a home within our tight time-constraints. To highlight a few key attributes that I think helped to bring this feat to fruition were Jennifer’s timeliness, diligence, marathon-type endurance, overall knowledge of various regional areas and homes, honesty, ethics, and professional connections (e.g., mortgage lenders, home inspectors, attorneys, home service technicians, etc.). Such attributes made the purchasing of a home from out-of-state as seamless as it could possibly be. In a very timely manner, she was able to arrange viewings and video record of a number of homes that we were interested in. After we had a chance to watch the videos, she would call to discuss in more detail her impressions of the homes and to address any questions that we had of the video footage of the homes. She was prompt at contacting the seller’s agent to find out any additional details that we requested, and, also, at submitting our offer for us. As we were out-of-state, successfully bidding on a home was somewhat challenging as some sellers were hesitant to accept an offer from out-of-state buyers (despite offering well above and beyond the asking price). After several rejected offers, we began to feel a decrease in motivation. However, Jennifer was persistent in finding us a home, which helped us to continue and regain motivation for our search. Her persistence was key in finding us a suitable home within our strict timeline. My experience working with Jennifer was that she’s very professional, yet personable, which made working with her a pleasure. She found a home for us that fit the parameters of our family. I find it difficult to put into words of how highly I recommend her as a real estate agent that will work tirelessly in finding a home that’s right for you.
