Jim Sperry has been affiliated with the William Pitt Sotheby's International Madison office for eight years, and began working with the Margaret Muir Team six years ago concentrating on the sale of water area properties. He has extensive business experience including private investment banking - sourcing capital for startup companies, real estate entities and oil and gas exploration. Prior to joining William Pitt, he co-founded and operated a privately held company engaged in sports marketing, event and television production of live college and professional sports. His business transaction history with network and cable television, national consumer brands, and collegiate and professional facilities and leagues has served his real estate clients well. Jim is a longtime Connecticut shoreline resident, Past President of the Yale Hockey Assoc. and Madison Youth Lacrosse, and is a member of the New Haven Middlesex Association of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
