Tricia and I selected Karen as our Buyer’s representative and couldn’t have been more pleased. Firstly, Karen arranged visits to 5 properties that we were interested in, located in the southern Berkshires. Karen was well prepared to show both properties that she represented the seller in and properties for which she would be solely our representative. We quickly settled on a preferred house in Ashley Falls for which Karen would be our representative. We were satisfied with the asking price, but not the fact that the seller only wanted to sell half of the lot it currently sat on, though the seller did not have a subdivision plan to offer. Karen was able to coordinate the process efficiently, so that we could close a week early and be moved in before Thanksgiving. This was such a successful experience and included so much more than just the Real Estate process. Karen recommended where to buy appliances, have a great breakfast, get firewood and much more.
