She is a member of the Connecticut Association of Realtors and the Fairfield Board of Realtors. She is also a certified Relocation Specialist. Kathy was recognized as the No. 1 company-wide producing agent among 600 agents as a result of $4,000,000 in sales for the first quarter of 2006. She was also named the No.1 top producer in dollar volume for the Fairfield & Southport offices. In 2007, Kathy closed more than $9,000,000 in transactions and was recognized throughout the year as a top producer. From 2009 to 2012, Kathy closed $9,700,000 in transactions during a very challenging market.
