Mark was a pleasure to work with! He has a great personality, "down to earth," and was readily available whenever I sent a property I wanted to look at. He was always timely. While he is not an inspector, he has a good eye for things to look for while walking through a property and was helpful with pointing things out without being pushy or making me feel too swayed about making a decision on a house. I found Mark by accident but very fortunate I did and wouldn’t have wanted to work w anyone else . This was my first time buying a home. In an insanely competitive market he was able to find me a home in a little less than a week of working together. I didn’t know what to expect buying for the first time but he was there through the entire process , always available by phone when I needed him or had questions . I never thought looking for houses and selling my much loved house where I had lived for 34 years would turn out to be such a good time! Mark and I clicked immediately!
