Mary Taylor was a consummate buyer of homes and co-op's prior to getting her real estate licence. After selling a home in Sharon, she and her husband Alex found their "this is it" home in Lakeville. The property was the one they hoped would be their landing spot when the City could become a second home. It took vision - " It's a 1938 classic with great bones but needed a complete facelift of the house and grounds. Years and renovations later, we are so pleased we purchased the home and have established roots in the Northwest corner", said Mary...

Testimonials
Our agent, Mary Taylor, was fantastic. Knowledgeable, super-responsive when issues came up, very client-oriented. Having said all that, the only reason I didn't give this a 10 rating is because the seller's agent was also a realtor in this office. Mary handled this very professionally and was totally transparent about it, but I feel, it is never the best/right situation to have that type of potential conflict. Given the community, size of the office, I suspect this is more than just a one-off situation...
