Meredith is a superstar! We have bought and 4 homes in Fairfield County over the past 30 plus years. Meredith is by far the best realtor we have ever had the blessing to work with. Unlike some agents that are uni-directionally transaction driven to just close a sale, Meredith was driven by a higher purpose: protecting her client and making sure that our needs were fully met. She is a great listener and very astute--truly understood the nuances of what we were looking for in our home purchase. She has a tireless work ethic. We entered arrangements with three different homes at three different times, with Meredith by our side the whole way. She diligently recapped each meeting with each seller with a list of our specific requests, followed up with the sellers agents, kept on them and even pushed back when she knew instinctively certain issues that were non-starters for us. She often worked late hours and made sure we were always in the loop. She never rushed us into a transaction. Meredith has the patience of an angel, especially when in this new zeitgeist of difficult sellers, patience and and diligence are so critical. We would recommend Meredith to any buyer who is looking for a reliable, ethical, trustworthy and astute real estate agent who will always be looking out for their interests in insuring they make a sound decisis in their home purchase.
