Michael Caporizzo hails from Lower Fairfield County, where he partnered with an architectural design firm that serviced clients such as Macy's and Philadelphia Children’s Hospital.  It was at this juncture in his sales career that Michael realized his passion for the business of architecture and design.  Michael and his family sought a lifestyle change, and in their search for a more peaceful country setting, they discovered Washington.  As Michael planned for their move to Litchfield county, he turned to his family's business of construction and design for inspiration and pursued a new career in the field of real estate.  It was with Sotheby's International branding that he knew he could fuse his keen salesmanship and love of architectural expression.    

Having sought a passion rather than a field, Michael has proven himself to be a top producer in his Washington Depot office.  He accredits his success to working with the best marketing team real estate has to offer, as well as his expansive contact list from his sales career that traversed the states.  

Honesty, reliability, and business acumen define Michael as an agent. He treats his clients' properties as investments and, as such, tactfully approaches the negotiation process, placing his clients interests above all else.  

Working alongside his wife, Erin, Michael aides his buyers and sellers in their quest to sell and procure real estate. With a keen sense of space they provide their clients with sound advice on how to best utilitze and present their current and future properties. 

Outside of the professional realm Michael is a proud father to his son, Jude and daughter Lucy. Michael is passionate about health and wellness; having spent many reading hours delving deeply into the research of toxcity free living.
