My name is Brian Ferreira. My wife, son and I recently bought our very first home!! We closed this past Monday. This is something we have been trying to do for three years, but we always ran into an issue. Weather it was credit, Dept to income or just a bunch of unexpected repairs. I'm a veteran and so we were using the VA mortgage, which made things much more difficult. We were living in a tiny condo, but our son who has Autism was getting bigger.
