Patrice was raised and educated in central Connecticut and has made the Berkshire Hills her home for over 30 years. After leaving the medical field, she found that real estate utilized many of the skills she had honed as a nurse; confidentiality, organization, time management, attention to detail and an ability to listen and understand the needs of others. Patrice has owned her own small company and has worked for an old and established company, often as a top producer allowing her the opportunity to list and sell properties at various price points throughout Berkshire County.  Due in part to her strength in negotiating and closing skills her customers and clients are happy to refer friends and family members. She has developed a strong referral business which has been essential  in becoming a successful broker.  Patrice has developed relationships with local tradesman who are happy to reply quickly to the requests of her clients.  She is a licensed broker in Massachusetts. 

Patrice has two grown sons, two beautiful daughters-in-law and four incredible grandchildren.  Patrice enjoys time on her boat and traveling.
