I have so enjoyed being a client! I have worked with my realtor, Paul Gervais, for a couple of years. He was very helpful in getting me info for my mom's house sale. We ended up selling to our contractor in the end. But Paul was so very gracious. All along he was supportive and presented multiple options of best case scenarios for this fixer-upper. He was available for questions and also didn't pressure me in the least. We kept in touch and I love the weekly emails he sends. Of course he was the first person I called when I found a listing for a townhouse on Realtor! He was able to arrange a showing the next day, and was again, supportive but never pushy. I so appreciated his insights into how that listing fit into the ones available on the market and what had already sold. We made an offer and it was immediately accepted. We had a quick closing, and now he is still helping me with paint colors, due to his sharp interior design eye (he also does professional staging.) I can't recommend Paul & William Pitt more!
