Living in lower Westchester over 30 years and the NY metro area over 40 years, gives me the knowledge of living near the greatest city in the world, New York City! Most of my clients commute to the city. I love the cultural opportunities living close to the city offers.

I listen to where you are on your journey and work with you to accomplish your goals. I patiently walk you through the often complicated buying and selling process so that you understand your options. You make all the decisions...

I listen to where you are on your journey and work with you to accomplish your goals. I patiently walk you through the often complicated buying and selling process so that you understand your options. You make all the decisions. I am here to educate you.

My children went to local public schools, played sports and attended day camps.

For sellers, 70% of the houses I list have open building department permits. I uniquely will close them for you. I offer the highest quality photography and staging. I have a valuable list of trades peoeple that can fix anything. I may not have all the answers, but I know where to get them.

Improving my community, making it better than I found it, is essential to me. From 12/2007 to 12/2009, I served the Village of Mamaroneck as a trustee. In the past, I have been President of Mamaroneck Community Nursery School, Vice President of the Rye Neck PTSA and on the executive boards of Mamaroneck Junior Soccer League and the Mamaroneck Historic Street Fair.

Presently, I am a 5 year member of the Rye Town Board of Assessment Review, 7 years on the Village of Mamaroneck Parks & Recreation Commission and 4 years on the Larchmont-Mamaroneck League of Women Voters Executive Board. I volunteer with At Home on the Sound providing seniors technology assistance.

My husband and I are loyal University of Colorado alumni. We have a Robinowitz scholarship at the Leeds School of Business from which we both graduated. I participated in women's track just as Title IX was being implemented. Mary Decker was on my team!

Prior to my 19 plus years in real estate, I worked 20 plus years in technology and owned a telecommunications distribution business.

With the international reputation and marketing tools of Sotheby's International Realty, I believe I can successfully get you to the finish line and make all your home dreams come true.
