Sandy was instrumental in locating various permits / COs issued decades ago by the City of Yonkers -- a key factor in enabling us to negotiate the sale through various legal thickets of my late mother's house. Also, the pictures she had taken were very professional and enabled us to ultimately attract buyers and sell this house at a reasonable price, despite it being a difficult real estate market. She also supported our decision to turn down an initial offer, when those potential buyers became difficult and started making endless demands that my wife and I were not prepared to accommodate. Sandy helped me with finding apartments that fit what I was looking. She was very patient and really focused on finding me a bunch of different places in great neighborhoods. When it came to negotiation she was top notch and she made sure that I wasn't being ripped off. She was excellent during the entire process!
