A New York native, Silvia’s intimate knowledge of Manhattan, the five boroughs and Westchester County provides her clients with a level of comfort knowing a wide marketplace.

Having lived in Medellin, Colombia and South Florida, Silvia has had an invaluable exposure to a wide variety of cultures and backgrounds and is fluent in Spanish.

Prior to real estate, Silvia obtained her BA in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and her law degree at Hofstra University School of Law. Silvia practiced law for several years working at some of New York's top corporate law firms. Silvia handled matters such as corporate mergers, antitrust cases, and corrupt practice act violation in both the domestic and foreign sector. She then went on to work as a solo practitioner and focused on real estate and immigration law.  While law was financially fulfilling, looking for a more personal and client facing atmosphere, Silvia delved into real estate while continuously practicing law in a private capacity.

As a full time, multi-million dollar producer, Silvia works tirelessly for her clients and personally oversees each sale and rental. Her hands on approach and 'client comes first' approach has capitulated her to some of the best client reviews and satisfaction ratings. Silvia has handled sales and rentals in Westchester, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and Long Island. 

Aside from real estate, Silvia dedicates her spare time as an advocate for abused animals, volunteering with rescue groups and fostering animals..
