Steve Viggiano is a successful real estate professional in Fairfield and Westchester Counties as well as the Hamptons. He prides himself on giving his clients insight to all of the direct and indirect aspects of a real estate transaction. He has over 25 years of real estate experience buying, selling, leasing, new construction, renovating and developing residential and commercial properties. In addition, he has is a licensed attorney and holds a MS in Historic Preservation /Adaptive Use Development. Basically, anything involving real estate and land use is a passionate interest of Steve’s.

While always involved in the real estate world, Steve also was the President and CEO of moving and storage franchises. He gained tremendous experience in sales, marketing, negotiating and finance before selling the companies. The skills he developed during this time have been key to his clients and his real estate career.

Steve has been a resident of Ridgefield CT and Southampton NY for many decades. He grew up part of the time in Westchester, and currently has family in both Southern and Northern Westchester.  Steve and his wife Mary have three children that keep them busy, informed and connected to the community.
