Prior to becoming an agent Kim worked for a local attorney specializing in real estate and family law. She is a member of the Litchfield Chapter of the Greater Hartford Association of REALTORS,  a member of the Connecticut Association of REALTORS, and serves as a director and member of the National Association of REALTORS. 

California native Ron Leal has had a home in Litchfield since 1995. His extensive career in fashion enables him to see the fabric and potential of a home and work with a client to envision the end result. He is considered one of the leading home stagers in Litchfield County. Whether it is a charming Cape with potential or a million-dollar property, he is passionate about marrying the right client to the right house. He served as a Burgess for the Borough of Litchfield and on the board of the Litchfield Community Center where he orchestrated its successful Summerfest. In 2016 he received the Wisdom House Award for Community Service.
