From the moment I spoke with Vivian on the phone I knew we were in good hands. Vivian was very patient with my husband and I through the whole home buying process. She was clear, honest, and articulate. When we were putting offers in on houses she did her due diligence at looking at local comps and giving us her utmost honest opinion as to what the house was valued at and did not want us to spend a penny more. Vivian came to the home inspection, read through the report once we received it, and helped us come up with our punch list and negotiated every request we had.
