I have been working with Adele since she came on board with us at Wm. Pitt Sotheby's. As well as a manager; a cheerleader; a sounding board and somehow knows what each of us needs most, whether it be a push, a different point of view working a problem or a bit of time and space, she's got us. And that 'us' is a large difference that I see here in our office, as compared to other offices in our area. The agents in our office are hugely supportive of each other and that overall atmosphere has a lot to do with Adele. In speaking with other agents in competing offices, they don't seem to have the camaraderie we have, nor the support and a lot of them feel like they are on their own.
